ACCURL® CNC Plasma Cutting and Oxy Flame Cutting Machines with HyPerformance® HPR130XD® ,HPR260 XD®, HPR400XD® plasma source are large-bed CNC portal cutting machines for up to eight plasma or flame cutting stations. Designed and manufactured as precision machine tools, the plasma cutting machines feature heavy-duty floor mounted rails, hardened and ground linear bearings, Powerful digital AC drive systems, precision gearboxes and rack and pinion drives for excellent machine performance. Cutting width can be specified between 1.5m and 6.5m; cutting length is effectively unlimited. Accurl Plasma machines can be specified with Hypertherm HPR or conventional plasma cutting systems up to 800A or flame torches for the thicker material ranges.

LongLife Air & Oxygen Plasma
Hypertherm LongLife Air & Oxygen plasma cutting systems offer heavy duty high productivity capability with oxygen cut quality. HySpeed and MAXPRO200 systems have patented LongLife consumable technology which gives dramatically longer consumable life than competitors and much lower operating costs. Systems in the range include the HySpeed HSD130 – a 130A system with the fastest cut speeds in its class.

Flame Cutting Systems
Flame cutting can cut carbon steels up to 300mm and beyond with a good, clean square cut. Cutting speeds are slower than plasma but additional cutting torches can be added at relatively low cost so multiple torch cutting can boost productivity. Propane or Acetylene (or other gases on request) can be specified as the fuel gas. Options such as automatic torch ignition and capacitive height control are available.
