Four exciting days at the fair, two innovative technology solutions, a profitable partnership. The Blechexpo trade fair has come to an end – the cutting, joining and connection industry showed its best side. At the joint stand with cooperation partner Accurl, MicroStep Europa presented a strong technology duo for the processing of flat material. A trade fair show that met with extraordinarily great interest. Accordingly, the technology provider from Bad Wörishofen (Germany, Bavaria) drew a positive conclusion.

“Blechexpo 2023 was another highlight of this trade fair year. For us, it was a special occasion on several levels with the premiere at our joint stand. The audience was extremely interested in our technology combination of laser cutting systems from our company and the bending systems of the new label MicroStep Industry powered by Accurl. The demonstration machines were permanently occupied and in use,” says Johannes Ried, Managing Director of MicroStep Europa GmbH.

One of the exhibits was the latest generation of the MSE SmartFL laser cutting system. The powerful yet cost-effective fiber laser system was developed to enable consistently precise cutting results at manageable investment and operating costs thanks to high-quality components. Another advantage: Thanks to the preparation for IndustryFusion, the system is also ideally equipped for the production of the future. IndustryFusion is an interoperable open-source networking solution for smart factories and smart products, providing complete transparency across all connected assets and machines within the technology park. This cumulates in ever more efficient production options with an even higher degree of automation.

Two press brakes live in action: Compact and fully electric to powerful and customizable

The new bending solutions from the still young label MicroStep Industry powered by Accurl also attracted a great deal of attention. Two series were on display at the stand, giving an idea of the wide range of technological bending solutions offered by the brand. One was the compact eB ULTRA series, the other the high-performance EUROMASTER series. “The eB ULTRA is an all-electric press brake for accurate and fast results. The EUROMASTER, on the other hand, is aimed at larger-format or tougher tasks. The bending solution offers a high-quality basic package and, thanks to its modular design, can be optimally adapted to the customer’s individual areas of application,” explains Johannes Ried.

When it comes to bending, MicroStep Europa cooperates with the renowned family-owned company Accurl. Since its beginnings in the 1980s, the global technology provider has become a pioneer throughout Asia in the development and manufacture of high-quality bending solutions. “For us, Blechexpo was a great visible start to a strong cooperation.
