The system and transmission adopt a complete set of German Rexroth configuration, the main motor is air cooled, and the driving system can be remotely diagnosed, with low noise, high speed, and high efficiency features.
O-type closed press frame special for servo punch press, holistic welding structure, stress relief from 2 times of tempering treatment. The strong rigidity and high tonnage ensure the stable accuracy for long time, extend the service life of the machine and tools, and improve the positioning precision, reliability and durability of the punch press.
The big space between guider will benefit with processing accuracy while fabricate large size sheet, and it has the better balance capacity while moving in high speed. The auxiliary platform can move with the sheet, reduce 30% of the friction force between the plate and brush platform.
The pneumatic floatable clamps reduce the deformation of the plate. With long clamps carriage, strong rigidity, clamps can move easily, the clamp self-protection function makes no dead area for punching on sheet.
Cutting head
It adopts fiber-optic laser cutting head, which has stable and reliable performance, and achieves high cutting speed while ensuring the best cutting quality. The non-contact capacitive sensor ensures a stable cutting follow-up gap and a good cutting effect.
After the cutting is completed, the cutting nozzle is automatically cl eaned to prolong the service life of the cutting nozzle and improve the processing quality.
